Fresh Sweet Cream at the industry standard 40% butterfat (Whipping Cream) is produced following separation from fresh pasteurised cow's milk. Our suppliers have accreditation up to BRC Grade A standard giving the confidence that we can source product that will meet virtually any requirement. The whole range of butterfats are available including single (18% butterfat) and double cream (48%).

We are selling bulk containers of cream ranging from 4 to 25 tonnes on a contracted and spot market basis. Our clients include butter and dairy spread makers, dessert manufacturers and cheese makers throughout the EU requiring the highest standards of quality management. We have been audited and approved for supply by some of the largest dairy processors and their prestigious high street customers.
